LevelUpBands is a product of Seqron Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 18 702 323 242), an Australian company. This page covers the public website at www.levelupbands.com.au. Venues that run the platform handle their own players' data under their own privacy policy.

What this website collects

The website has two forms: a contact form and a venue registration form. When you send one, we receive what you typed along with the IP address it was sent from. We use it to reply to you and, for registrations, to set up a conversation about your venue.

• Form submissions are emailed to our team. They are not stored in a database on this website.
• We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
• The website sets a session cookie so the forms can be submitted securely. It holds no personal details.

How we use your details

Only to respond to your enquiry and to work with you if you become a customer. We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.

Players and venues

When a venue runs LevelUpBands, the venue collects and controls the details of its own players, staff and members. Seqron Technologies Pty Ltd processes that data on the venue's behalf to run the platform, and does not use it for any other purpose.
